Term and Conditions

Tripudium Collective AMKE – Paleohori eco-art space – Unplugged Dance educational program

We are very happy that you are considering joining one of our programs. In order to ensure a safe, respectful, and meaningful experience for everyone involved, we kindly ask you to read and accept the following Terms & Conditions.

By registering for and participating in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Participation Requirements

All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Participants are required to complete the registration process in full and submit all requested information before the program begins.

Participants with any injury, health condition (physical or mental), psychological vulnerability, or those taking medication for any reason are required to disclose the relevant information during registration. This information is used solely for safety and care purposes.

2. Personal Responsibility, Liability & Natural Environment

Each participant is fully responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the program, including during workshops, free time, rest periods, and all activities taking place within or outside the venue.

The programs take place in an open-air, natural environment. This includes uneven ground, natural terrain, weather conditions, vegetation, insects, animals, and other characteristics inherent to nature. These conditions exist throughout the venue, including accommodation and common areas.

Tripudium Collective AMKE bears no responsibility for incidents, injuries, accidents, illness, psychological distress, or discomfort arising from the natural environment, participation in workshops or activities, personal movement within the venue, or activities undertaken outside the venue.

Participants acknowledge that workshops are educational, artistic, and experiential in nature and are not therapeutic, medical, or clinical. Participation is always voluntary, and participants are responsible for recognizing and respecting their own limits.

Tripudium Collective AMKE is not responsible for any incident occurring outside the venue, including during travel, excursions, or personal activities.

3. Health, Safety, Conduct & Community Values

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all times during the program.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted within the venue, as it directly affects the collective environment and the nature of the program. Exceptions may apply only during specific celebrations or events organized and explicitly hosted by Tripudium Collective AMKE. In such cases, alcohol consumption will be limited, intentional, and clearly communicated in advance.

Smoking is not allowed inside any structures or tents, including bell tents. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Participants are expected to act with respect, care, and responsibility toward themselves, other participants, facilitators, staff, and the space.

Tripudium Collective AMKE is committed to cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior based on sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, body, health condition, or physical or mental ability will not be tolerated. Any form of verbal or physical violence, harassment, intimidation, exclusion, or persistent disruptive behavior constitutes a serious breach of the program’s code of conduct.

Beyond rules and policies, this project is grounded in shared community values of mutual care, consent, responsibility, listening, and respect. All participants are invited to actively contribute to a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

4. Fire Safety

For fire safety reasons, the use of candles, incense, gas stoves, or any object involving an open flame is strictly prohibited anywhere on the venue.

Participants may only use designated gas installations provided by the venue (e.g. for preparing tea or coffee) and strictly according to the instructions given. No personal flame-based equipment is permitted.

Lighting fires is strictly prohibited from May to October, due to high fire risk.

From November to April, fires are only allowed with explicit permission from the supervisors and under clearly agreed safety conditions.

5. Personal Belongings & Accommodation

While the village and venue are considered safe, each participant is responsible for their personal belongings. Tripudium Collective AMKE is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.

All bell tents are checked before arrival. In the event of damage caused by a participant (including but not limited to broken zippers, tears, burns, or misuse), the participant agrees to cover the repair cost, ranging from 30–100 euros, depending on the damage.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Early Departure

Participants must pay the remaining balance no later than one month before the program, via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

As an independent, non-profit project without regular public funding, we rely on the commitment of all participants. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.

Exceptions apply only in cases of force majeure, such as closed borders, pandemics, war, or natural disasters that prevent travel.

If Tripudium Collective AMKE cancels the program for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If a participant chooses to leave the program early for any reason, Tripudium Collective AMKE has no obligation to refund any part of the fees paid.

7. Photography, Video & Audiovisual Material

During the program, photography and video recording may take place for documentation and promotional purposes (website, official social media channels, publications).

By participating in the program, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, provided this occurs with their awareness and within the context of the activities.

We approach all documentation with care, respect, and sensitivity. In cases of close-up shots, portraits, or situations where someone is clearly the focus, we may seek additional explicit consent before publication.

For general or wide-angle shots (e.g. group scenes, shared spaces, activities where individuals are not the clear focus), consent is considered granted through participation, provided that participants are aware that filming or photography is taking place.

Participants have the right at any moment during filming or photography to say that they do not wish to be included. This will be fully respected, regardless of prior general consent.

Once audiovisual material has been captured with the participant’s awareness and published through our official channels, requests for removal may not always be feasible, due to the nature of digital platforms and documentation processes.

That said, we remain open to communication and will consider such requests in good faith, without being able to guarantee removal in all cases.

This process is ultimately based on mutual trust, transparency, and care.

8. Community Care & Breach of Conduct

These Terms & Conditions exist not only as rules, but as a shared agreement to care for one another and for the space we inhabit together.

If a concern, conflict, or breach of conduct arises, our first intention is to address it through listening, dialogue, and dedicated processes that allow all parties to be heard, with care and clarity.

However, if behavior continues or is deemed seriously harmful to individuals or the collective, Tripudium Collective AMKE reserves the right to take appropriate action, including requesting that a participant leave the venue or program. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Final Acknowledgement

By registering for and participating in Unplugged Dance program, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

Thank you for taking the time to read this carefully.

We appreciate your presence, trust, and contribution to the shared space.
